Cancellation and Return Policy:
Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel services at any time. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- How to Cancel
- Email: sales@wingspanfinancial.info (subject line: “Cancel Service”)
- Include: full name, phone number, and the services you wish to cancel.
- We’ll send a written confirmation within 2 business days.
- Effective Date
- Cancellations received 7+ days before the next billing date will stop the upcoming charge.
- If received within 7 days of the next billing date, the cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle and the current/next charge may still process.
- Billing & Refunds
- Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and service remains active until the end of the current term.
- No partial/prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Any outstanding balances remain due.
- Auto-Pay
- If you’re on auto-pay, we’ll disable future scheduled payments once the cancellation is processed per the timelines above.
- Reactivation
- You can restart service anytime. Pricing and terms at the time of reactivation will apply.
- Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy periodically. The most current version will be posted on our website.
